How to solve BMW ICOM ISIS network and IP address issue

A few days ago one of our customers who posses a BMW ICOM asked me a ISIS issue. This feature is functional? What is the IP address of the ISIS server? The program is set to 127.0.0.1, but this is not correct – it is localhost, not the IP address of the external server. How to proceed to connect to ISIS?

How to solve?
