How to Solve VXDIAG JLR SDD Asks to Choose Offline but Not Ask for That Option

Hi. I just installed vx manager for VXDIAG JLR SDD software. Installation steps said to choose offline but it does not ask for that option. I launch the program and it is asking for a user name and password. But the one provided does not work.

For SDD, need to run offline patch before running SDD.
